We process your orders through Paypal, you DO NOT need to have a registered account with Paypal in order to securely pay with a credit card.
We ship our products five days a week via UPS/USPS. Shipping insurance is OPTIONAL and highly recommended, as we are not held responsible for lost or damaged packages once shipped. You, the buyer, assume the risk of loss and/or damage by not purchasing insurance.
Flat Rate Shipping Restrictions
Buy more and save on shipping! We can fit many items into a flat rate box for only $10 shipping (large flat rate boxes available for $14). "If it fits, it ships!" We'll always ship flat rate whenever possible to save you money, and refund the difference back to you.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: We do have some stock on hand but we prefer to make your candles fresh as they are ordered, our current turn around time is 2 to 3 business days.
Q: What happens if I paid too much for shipping?
A: In the event we find that we can fit your items into a flat rate box to save you money, we will gladly refund the difference in the original form of payment.
Q: What happens if I ship my candles during the Summer months?
A: We are not responsible for candles shipped during the hot summer months, this is not covered by shipping insurance. We have yet to have an issue, but want to give you a heads up that some candles will sweat in the heat. We will always try to ship all orders at the begining of the week so that they do not sit around in a warehouse or on a truck over the weekend.
Your satisfaction is our goal, if you are not happy with your order please contact us within 7 days so that we may work out a mutually fair resolution. We will do our best to make you a satisfied customer!
